Membership Terms & Conditions

  • 12-Month Commitment: All sales are final. Seats are limited and members gain immediate access to proprietary curriculum and community resources.
  • Payments & Authorization: You authorize recurring charges per your chosen plan until your 12-month term ends.
  • Early Termination: Exiting early reinstates any waived startup fees or discounts, which become immediately due.
  • Flexibility (No Pauses):
  • One pre-activation deferral allowed (up to 30 days).
  • After activation, you may receive up to 30 total days of time extension billing continues, and your end date will be extended accordingly.
Membership Term & Anti-Guarantee

This is a 12-month membership. All sales are final because enrollment is limited and immediate access is granted to proprietary intellectual property and member community materials.

Payments & Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected payment plan until your 12-month membership term is complete. If a payment fails, it may be automatically retried using your stored payment method.

Activation, Deferral, and Time Extensions

Activation Requirements

  • Attend at least six (6) live sessions within your first 60 days.
  • Complete the Club Blueprint.
  • Submit your Offer & Pricing Worksheet.

These steps are required for full activation and strongly correlate with member success and retention.

Deferral (Before Activation)

One-time deferral permitted for up to 30 days. Access and billing begin on your deferred start date.

Time Extensions (After Activation)

You may receive up to 30 total days of time extension during your 12-month term. Billing continues as scheduled. Your end date is extended by the same number of days. No refunds or proration apply.

No Billing Pauses / No Refunds

Billing cannot be paused under any circumstances. All payments are non-refundable. If you terminate early, any previously waived fees or discounts will be reinstated and become immediately payable.

Community, Conduct, and Privacy

All member discussions, materials, and communications are confidential. Respectful behavior is mandatory. Members who violate community standards or terms may be removed without refund.

Wellness Pro Academy does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes derived from program participation.

Refunds and Cancellations
  • Any program payment is not refundable once the member is given access to a course.
  • Refund for fees paid on a course is subject for approval based on access provided and reason of cancellation.
  • Deposits are NOT refundable.

Events Policy (Retreats, Meetups + Live Workshops)

Paid LIVE EVENTS Ticket:

  • If you need to cancel your event or retreat registration, you may defer your ticket to one of the next two upcoming events of the same type, provided you notify us at least 20 days before the original event start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
  • Tickets are transferable: You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time prior to the event (subject to providing the new attendee’s details for registration). No transaction fee applies for transfers.
  • The payment will be forfeited if the above terms (including the 20-day notification for deferral) are not complied with.
  • Deferrals are limited to the next two events only; further changes beyond that will result in forfeiture of payment.

Free LIVE EVENTS Ticket:

  • All Free live events require Refundable deposit to secure your seat.
  • Refundable deposit credited back in 21 business days upon attendance confirmation.
